As part of our sector support in response to coronavirus we are currently running a range of Zoom ‘check-in’ sessions. Hosted by YTAS, these sessions invite you to connect with your peers from Scotland’s youth theatre sector to discuss what’s on your mind, listen to others’ perspectives, share ideas and support each other.
- In response to Fuel’s Freelance Task Force, YTAS has been working with a group of freelance youth theatre artists to discuss and explore the development of the freelance workforce and how we can encourage change in the cultural sector. If you are interested to attend email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
- YTAS is continuing to host fortnightly Zoom check-ins for youth theatre managers for peer support and professional development (Fridays, 10.30am – email email@example.com to join).
- We established a Sector Recovery Working Group (SRWG) to identify what is needed to deliver youth theatre activities in-line with Government guidelines, as the country transitions out of lockdown (fortnightly on Tuesdays, 10am – email firstname.lastname@example.org to join).
Notes from these sessions are now circulated in the Teams channels we have established for these groups. Below is a record of the historic notes from past meetings.
